For the months of July and August, our surgery recorded 195 missed (DNA) appointments—equivalent to 3,953 clinical minutes (almost 66 hours). Every missed slot is time that could have been used to see patients with urgent needs.

If you’re unable to attend a booked appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by calling the surgery on 01604 791002. This gives us the opportunity to offer your slot to someone else in need.
