Same-Day Access Triage

We run a same-day access triage service, meaning our appointments are available on the day that you contact us.

To request a same-day appointment, a sick note, or raise an admin request please call reception or use our online triage before 11am.

Please be punctual for any appointment and always give us as much notice as possible if you are unable to keep a booked appointment.   Patients should be aware that if they are more than 5 minutes late for an appointment, it is likely that the clinician you are booked in with will not be able to see you and you will be asked to re-arrange that appointment.  From time-to-time our GP's and nurses have to deal with medical emergencies and complex conditions which may result in their surgeries not running to time.

Reviews and Health Checks

If you have a long-term condition or take certain medications, we will invite you to book an annual review with a GP or Nurse. 

You should book an appointment as soon as you are invited, as your annual review is an important part of your treatment plan.
