Anima is a triage system that Greenview Surgery use which allows patients to contact the surgery without waiting in lengthy queues on the telephone. To register for online access, all you need is your own email address.  If you do not have an email address, you can still register with this service, but you will be unable to log in to check the progress of a request.

You can submit Admin requests and Medical request.  

Admin requests include: 

• cancel appointment
• request a form
• request a letter
• medication review
• new carer
• personal details update
• PIP supporting letter request
• Subject Access request
• test results
• sick note request
• travel assessment

However, you are unable to submit prescription requests.   Prescription requests should be submitted via NHS app, Systmonline, via Royal Mail, or post through the surgery letterbox.
