Clinics We Offer
Asthma
Our nursing team can assess your asthma, offer advice on management of your condition and answer any queries during an annual review.
They will also see asthmatic patients at other times by request.
COPD
Our patients with COPD will be invited for a COPD review with a nurse once a year.
You may be asked to complete a questionnaire by text message before your appointment. Please let us know at the time of booking your appointment if you are unable to receive a text message link so that we can make other arrangements.
Coronary Heart Disease
Health checks and lifestyle advice are given to patients who have coronary heart disease, primarily by the Nursing Team.
You will be invited to book an appointment annually, but you can request advice at any time using our same-day access triage.
The practice runs its own electrocardiography (E.C.G) service.
